From our Vision statement, note the words "world class company". In our society, there are a number of companies that we refer to as world class; companies such as Mercedes, McDonalds and Coca Cola.

We refer to these companies as world class because of the qualities that we associate with them; professional, courteous, organised and giving the customer a better service than expected. The staff of these world class companies are always happy to do more to ensure that the customer is left feeling pleased. That is why we always go back to buy more of their products and services; because we can rely on them.

Purpose – Results. It's about what do I want and what do I get in return for the time and energy I put into New Brick Clean? This is a very hard question for anyone to answer but often it is because you have made a commitment to do it; to spend your time and energy brick cleaning. Practice – Is what it means, practice. The staff of world class companies practice doing their jobs so that their companies can always remain world class. You can say the same thing about great footballers; they do not just turn up to play on a Saturday afternoon. They would have practiced all week - running, training and eating a proper diet so that they will be ready.

At New Brick Clean we will practice together and learn from each other so that we can become a world class company. We will practice; through internal and external courses, conducting appraisals and listening to your suggestions. This will help us to become world class at what we do.

Caring for our people – We do, really. New Brick Clean is it's people not the pressure washers. They are more important than everything else. At New Brick Clean we will do the best that we can to help people achieve.

Caring for our profits – At New Brick Clean we do not want to serve a customer ONLY ONCE; we want returning customers. We will achieve this through:

With more work, New Brick Clean will grow and more positions will be created – Area Managers, Customer Care Managers, and Office Managers. You will be a candidate for these responsibilities, always providing you with more opportunities to satisfy why you are at New Brick Clean.

Caring for our planet – This is very important to New Brick Clean. Our industry, brick cleaning, is one of the most unfriendly construction jobs to the environment. Brick cleaners currently use chemicals containing hydrochloric acid that are damaging to our soil and open air. It is estimated that at least 1 million litres of hydrochloric acid is used for brick cleaning in the UK every year!

New Brick Clean is leading the industry with the introduction of Safety Klean - a natural salt to be used instead of hydrochloric acid. We have also introduced the use of LPG pressure washers to replace current machines that rely on gasoline, so preventing harmful emissions into the air and fuel leakages into the soil.

Our aim is to be environmentally friendly so that our contribution will help our planet for future generations.
